Philly Cheesesteak Biscuit Casserole

You might have caught on that we love some Philly Cheesesteaks in our house! When it came to new recipes – I knew this Philly Cheesesteak Biscuit Casserole was going be right up JD’s alley. I was not sure how the kids would react but Rhory told me that peppers were her favorite food EVER, so a win right? She even ate it for a leftovers a few days later and leftovers are somewhat like pulling teeth. I also love casseroles where everything can go together in one dish and I can forget about it – almost as much as the Instant Pot.
