Instant Pot Bow Tie Beef Pasta
Have you figured out yet that I love quick meals? The Instant Pot is my *go-to* when I need a quick fix meal. Working all day can be draining, so I always look for ways to lighten my load. This kitchen gadget has been a HUGE help! Check out some of my other 30 minute meals here, here AND here!
2 cups UNCOOKED bow tie pasta
1-1/2 cups beef broth
1 lb cooked ground beef
1 green pepper, cut in to small chunks
1 onion, diced
1 squash (or zuchinni), cut in to small chunks
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
- Add beef broth, uncooked noodles and beef to Instant Pot, stir to mix.
- Add green pepper, can of diced tomatoes, onions and squash. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook on manual for 10 minutes. Manually release pressure.
- Remove lid, add cheese and stir until melted. You can also scoop out individual bowls and mix in the cheese that way!
- Easy, easy, easy!
What veggies would you add? I love that this is so versatile and allows for a variety of flavors to mix together. I may add more green pepper next time because green pepper is my FAVORITE! My stuffed peppers will be making a lot of appearances next month on our April Meal Plan. YUM!
